Bhalukpong-Dirang –Tawang-Bomdila-Nameri
Day 1: Arrival Guwahati. Drive to Bhalukpong ( 260 km). Overnight stay at Bhalukpong located by the scenic Kameng river.
Day 2: Drive to Dirang ( 142 km ) Height approx 6000 ft. On the way visit to Tipi Orchid Research Centre. Evening sight seeing to Sangti Valley, Dirang Monastery, Hot Spring. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Tawang (145 km) crossing Sela Pass ( 13700 ft.). Stop to view the Paradise Lake. From the Sela pass road winds down to Jong Village. On the way to Jong visit Yashwant Garh War Memorial ,Jong Village and Nuranang Fall. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 4: Excursion in and around Tawang city.Visit the famous Tawang Monastery, which is 400 years old, accommodates over 500 monks and houses priceless Buddhist texts and scriptures. The Tibetan influence here is unmistakable, with the elaborately painted wooden windows and other motifs. An 8 mt high gilded statue of the Buddha is seated here, as are numerous ancient Thankas or Traditional paintings and manuscripts. Also visit Craft Centre, Tawang War Memorial. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 5: Full days excursion to PT Tso Lake, Senget Tso Lake. Drive back to Tawang. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 6: Start early for Bomdila ( 8000 ft.). 180 km/ 7 hours drive. On arrival visit Bomdila Monastery. Overnight stay at Bomdila.
Day 7: After breakfast drive to Nameri Tiger Reserve ( 135 km / 6 hrs.). Overnight stay at Nameri Eco Camp, near Jia Vorelli River.
Day 9: Rafting and birding activities at Nameri. Overnight at Nameri Eco Camp.
Day 10: Drive to Guwahati for onward journey
